Drawing on decades of assessing leaders in a top tier consultancy serving 50% of FTSE 100 companies and a deep passion for determining ‘Future Fit leaders’ has resulted in a profound understanding of the leadership characteristics and benchmark standards associated with high potential performers at all levels and in different areas such as business, creativity, performing arts and sports.
The psychological profiling is an in-depth “Deep Dive” which helps to identify the strengths, development areas and inherent potential which can fuel or hinder future progress. It allows individuals to be calibrated against the standards that matter for future development, personal sustainability and determining critical career decisions.
The half-day process considers the business/work context, strategic challenges, and biographical data, as well as key career milestones. A comprehensive suite of psychometrics and reflection exercises are used to identify core patterns which determine behaviour, emotions and thinking style. This is then the basis for a detailed 4-5 page report which focuses on providing a full description of characteristics in 5 core areas of personality and discerns an individual’s strengths and areas for development. It also delivers the critical judgment and insights needed to spearhead progress and catalyse inherent potential.

During the 2-hour feedback session individuals can use the report to develop self-awareness and map out a customised development plan which helps establish the focus and habits needed to leverage their strengths, address internal blockages /external barriers and apply purposeful intent on goals that matter.
The development plan is structured around key conceptual pillars, namely: SELF, SOCIAL, PERFORMANCE and PURPOSE MASTERY. The customised interventions draw on the latest thinking in the fields of positive psychology, high performance habits, design thinking and neuroscience of high performance.
